Paul Tappenden studied as a painter in England, coming to New York in the mid-seventies, where he began his career as a printmaker. Since then, he has exptended his talents to murals, watercolors, oil paintings, acrylics, and pen and ink drawings. He has also been active in the upstate NY arts community as a curator, organizer, and consultant. Paul Tappenden lives in Nyack, New York.
